Orange Beach Yoga

Fantastic experience: I'm a 36 year old guy who doesn't do work out classes and has definitely never dabbled in yoga, but my wife convinced me to join her at one of the Friday classes at Flora Bama Old River Bar. I did so reluctantly and was very pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was and how comfortable I felt as someone with very average athletic ability who had no prior experience of doing yoga of any type before. If you are looking for a relaxing workout that you can do at your own pace in a gorgeous group setting I would highly recommend checking out one of their classes. I have since been to many and look forward to attending many more.
