Fantastic experience: Honestly, was a little skeptical when my fiancée told me that we should sign up for F45. However, it only being a couple minutes from where we live and they had a 7 day trial deal going on we signed up together. I can say that out first day was tough especially after not working out all winter. However, the coaches are super encouraging and very helpful. They help you stay motivated and really help push you to give it your all. Everyone there is super welcoming and our morning workouts is my motivation to wake up early in the morning. Thank you F45!

Fantastic experience: F45-Tustin has been absolutely Life-Changing for me. There is no better way to start my day!! The instructors are encouraging, enthusiastic, so kind, and extremely knowledgeable in exercise. It's a family atmosphere and everyone is so nice!! I started working out here August 2020 and this gym helped me get thru the pandemic!! I didn't know much about exercise back then and they have been so patient with me and taught me so much!! I feel the best physically and mentally that I ever have. This is the place to go!! It's the BEST!!????‍♀️????‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I love F45! It's one of the only workouts I have stuck to and enjoy. Each workout is always challenging and different and the 45 min go by quick! The trainers are great, always pushing me and upping my weight and they always have modifications if needed. The facility has everything you need from equipment, music, and bathrooms/showers. We even were able to workout outside during the pandemic. I joined to get in shape for my wedding and I was able to lose 10 lbs and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Definitely recommend!
