If you're already a regular attendee at classes or are just beginning to go, Schedulicity can help you organize your exercise routine for the week and stay on track with your health and fitness ambitions. To get the app, please follow these steps...

1. Visit the Apple or Android App Store. 2. Look for "Schedulicity" (you will recognize the 3 colored boxes in the logo like the one in the photo). Download the app. 3. Once you open it, click "Sign In" - the next page will require your email address. 4. The following page will ask for your name, phone number and email. 5. If you want, you can add a profile picture or you can skip this step. 6. After that, press the "Explore" button in the lower left corner. 7. Look for "Flex Appeal Fitness" and when you find us, you will be able to view all our upcoming classes and book your spot!

Be sure to sign up for any group classes you plan to attend, and if you can't make it, make sure to remove yourself. We will cancel the class an hour before the start time if there are fewer than three people registered. If you have any queries, don't hesitate to get in touch. Plus, if you're having trouble downloading or using the app, let us know that you're coming to class and we'll help you out when you arrive.

Fantastic experience: Wow. I have been receiving personal training at Flex Appeal for over a year and I a completely person. Back pain is gone, I have increased strength and people are telling me I look great. Next thing I am going to do is to talk with my doctor about getting off Cholesterol and BP meds.
