I have lost 80 pounds from his Training and if you're looking for a Family & not just a Place to Workout then Total Body Sports is the Place for you!

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best gyms in Orlando. Mike is a great trainer. He provides a clean, fun, and welcoming environment. He motivates and challenges you to raise your limits and achieve your fitness goals. The workout sessions will definitely have your heart rate pumping and those calories burning!!! Its been only a month and I’ve already seen great improvement.

Mike is very Passionate and Animated, he Honestly Cares and takes his Craft Seriously! I’ve personally lost 75 pounds since I Started Training with Mike and I Honestly Feel that he is more Motivated than I am for my Weight Loss Goals! TRUST THE PROCESS, & IT’S HARD BUT IT’S FAIR!
