Fantastic experience: I row with Lake County Rowing Association's adult competitive team and I wanted to work on technique to get ready for race season. I signed up with L2R for classes and a coaching program at the end of Dec 2021. After a few weeks of attending classes and working the coaching program, I signed up for a 1-on-1 with Justin and Matt. The feedback they provided on form has been invaluable and I have been able to transfer the erg skills to sweep and sculling on the water. The best part - I can do everything at home virtually or when I want to be around people, I can go to the studio. L2R uses the ErgZone app and Zoom so you get numerical feedback and live feedback from the coaches during class regardless of whether you are taking the virtual or in-studio class. I highly recommend the company if you are looking to improve fitness on or off the water!

Fantastic experience: My rowing has improved so much. I am confident I will row injury free and using proper technique. The coaches are awesome. I can't recommend Stephen and Justin enough - fun and they motivate you while teaching as well. Whether in-person or online this place is great to learn rowing, get in shape or shave time off your current pace. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable.

Fantastic experience: I have made enormous improvement in my rowing through working with Justin at live2row studios. His enthusiasm is unparalleled and infectious. He has helped me to set achievable goals…may even believe in my potential more than I do! I appreciate his honest feedback, his professionalism and the affordability of classes and one on one sessions. I could never have this kind of access in person at this cost. And it’s even better that I don’t have to leave my house in the cold Pittsburgh PA winter, to get such excellent instruction online. And the icing on the cake is the very supportive community of online rowers!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking Live2Row’s virtual Zoom classes for a month now, and I’m hooked. Even though there’s a bit of a time-zone difference (I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, California), Live2Row offers classes at 6 AM and 3:45 PM Pacific. At first, I was nervous about getting up early for a 6 AM class, but Live2Row is worth it. I’d previously been rowing to YouTube videos, but they just can’t compare to the live feedback and individual attention in the Live2Row classes. The coaches are all super knowledgeable, and have been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions about technique. After just a couple weeks, I’ve seen significant improvements in my rowing technique and power!

Fantastic experience: I’m the earlier months of the pandemic I invested in a rower for my house with no immediate plan on how I would learn or use it. I ended up learning from a local coach but lacked some consistency. I came across Live2Row and was immediately impressed with their embrace of technology and their ability to make you feel “there” when you are rowing from home. All of the coaches take time in every class to give you real time feedback on your form and your effort. The classes are all amazing and I look forward to them every week. I truly feel a part of a great community that is out to ensure everyone feels welcomed and able to achieve your goals. Highly recommend!!!
