Fantastic experience: Elemental Fit Lab is a top-notch gym. This is the 2nd CrossFit gym I've been a member at, and I love Coach V's programming and leadership. The workouts are challenging and fun, with great balance between warm up and stretching, and the WODs. Coach V is an excellent coach with so much knowledge to help you learn new skills and challenge yourself to advance. The community of members is so friendly and supportive!

Fantastic experience: If you want to get in shape and have fun doing it, this is the place. Coach V is an amazing coach. She is great at modifying the workout to fit your fitness level. I'm no spring chicken, in fact, I'm what they call a "senior citizen" and Coach has helped me so much to gain strength and become more fit. I highly recommend CrossFit Antics, coach V is an expert in her field, always so positive, knowledgeable and friendly! The gym size is just right and has the equipment needed for the programmed exercises. At this gym you can order their super cute apparel, which also gets updated seasonally. Super content with my experience so far, getting closer to a year since I started and I have nothing but good memories and experiences here.
