Fantastic experience: Great training, I really enjoyed the mix of high intensity exercises, cardio, and functional training. Also enjoyed how exercises were mixed up to not become boring. Good for those with busy schedules and not much time to workout, or those who train hard regularly. Good for all ages and skill levels as well. Last but not least the instructors and atmosphere is awesome, very friendly and willing to help. I definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I'm not able to attend many classes due to my work schedule but when I can I find it extremely beneficial. I'm an active person so yoga helps me release the pent up stress and tension. Allows me to get in tune with my body and mind, I also find it peaceful. I would recommend anyone to come check it out
