At CrossFit Novato, our aim is to help you gain self-confidence through health and fitness. We take a personalized approach to your physical fitness, taking into account your starting point, objectives, and movement assessment. We recognize that everyone is unique, and we strive to create the most effective plan for you to reach your goals.

I am really pleased with the progress I have made in my physical fitness, particularly in terms of mobility and strength. Coach Leila provided me with exercises that allowed me to develop in an all-encompassing manner. If I had been left to my own devices, I would have focused on one body part (such as my arms) and neglected other important areas. CFN has an extensive range of equipment for both inexperienced and experienced individuals in a spacious and airy atmosphere. Furthermore, I noticed that the other people training at CFN had very skilled coaches who gave them sound advice, direction and encouragement. This was certainly true for Coach Leila, who exceeded my expectations in a positive way. I would like to stress once again that Coach Leila did an amazing job with me. She taught me a great deal about conditioning techniques and pushed me to improve my strength and endurance, whilst making sure that I didn't put myself at risk of injury. She did all this in a friendly and encouraging way.

I am always delighted when I get to visit my daughter in Novato, as I get to explore both the downtown and Pacheco Valley areas. The coaches and members at these locations are incredibly hospitable and I really relish the opportunity to work out with them.
