Fantastic experience: Carrington is by far the best all around coach I have ever worked with. I had problems with losing some mid-section weight after my diets. After his 8 week challenge sessions. I had seen results like never before. His methods are definitely unique and still fun at the same time. I highly advise going in his group sessions to have others push you to your goals.
