Fantastic experience: My 13 year old daughter plays volleyball. She over used muscles with the repetitive movements of the position she plays. Working out with Donovan and Katelyn has taught her how to use her entire body and she's found strength she didn't know she had! We value the knowledge and instruction Donovan and Katelyn give to our young athlete and greatly appreciate their flexibility working with our crazy schedule!

Fantastic experience: I made more progress at Cannon Strength this past year than at any other gym I have worked out at since beginning my lifting journey four years ago! No restrictions on chalk and noise. Truly a place for every lifter.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with amazingly friendly owners. The new location is super convenient! 24 hour access available. Ample parking behind the building. Outdoor workouts too! Small climbing wall. Very unique.
