F45 Training Bountiful

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. It says it is a gym, but it really is a community. Very friendly trainers and staff. Everyone is helpful, not only the staff but the patrons. I have been going for two years and there is not one person who will not answer questions or give encouragement. Going to F45 Bountiful is something I look forward to each and every day.

Fantastic experience: I am a pretty thrifty person so never thought I would sign up for a gym like F45 in Bountiful, but it is awesome! The coaches are so supportive and encouraging. They are engaged in your life and want to help you succeed in your goals. It really feels like your are training with a team. The HIITworkouts are completely worth it. I have never sweated so much in my life! It’s also helpful if your friends signup with you so you feel the extra push to go. Once I’m there, I’m so grateful I came. Love it! Come try it out!

Fantastic experience: From the second we walked in, we felt so welcomed! All of the coaches are awesome. They’re super helpful and also will push you to your limit during your workout. The workouts are killer and they’re always different. It’s a little pricy, but you don’t have to think about anything! It’s all set up for you and they go over each move before the workout. It’s been fun making new friends too!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE F45 Bountiful! The coaches are awesome, always encouraging and welcoming. They help when i need to fix my form or need the extra push and encouragement. Love the workouts and the variety of movements. The best part is that it’s all set up for me. BEST WAY TO START MY DAY!
