Moe Flex

Fantastic experience: I was not a person who was active in exercising until I joined Moe Flex gym. My starting weight was 215lbs. After five months of joining, I am currently 173.6 lbs. I wanted to lose weight to look and feel good like most people whose interested in losing weight. My trainers, Moe and Zay, always get the job done for me. These trainers will push me and motivate me to be my best at exercising. Being at this gym is unique because the trainers care about your weight loss management by properly ensuring your dieting and drinking water. I love the massages they provide if you feel sore from a post-workout. The amount of encouragement and push I received from the other ladies is also why I enjoy coming here. We are like a family, and no one is left behind regardless of your level when exercising.

Fantastic experience: Finding motivation to go to the gym was always hard until I joined Moeflex. You can find the right program for whichever goal you are trying to reach and you could join either group or one-on-one training (even both!!) The energy in the gym is immaculate with other individuals who are trying to meet a goal just like you. This gym feels like family that you will not regret joining!
