Positive experience: Nice and clean gym. A lot of equipment. No hassles.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! 90% of the other members are extremely polite and friendly/helpful. HUGE upgrade from most gyms if you ask me. TONS of equipment, so if you’re struggling with injuries or certain machines in general, there is most likely a substitute. The sauna is PERFECT, the temperature is exactly what you want and the air isn’t so hot you can’t breathe. Tanning beds are great and always sanitized before use. The staff is very polite and helpful. 5/5 eye candy too, respectfully. Would recommend this gym to ANYONE! It’s worth a little more to maximize your results AND be happy. Plus 24/7!

Positive experience: This gym is cheap for what you get for sure! High quality equipment that is kept clean and in good repair. Gym personnel are kind and helpful. A very nice gym that was never over-crowded when I went. Edit: I removed a star because of the experience my in-laws had when moving from Oklahoma. They spoke to the wind at the front desk and told them they were leaving, asking what they needed to do to cancel. She said she’d take care of it and took their info. So, they move—and what do you know? They kept getting charged! They called and Steel Gym said you had to cancel “so long” in advance. They said they had, but there was not record of this happening. The gal at the front never did take care of it. So they canceled, having to pay more. But that’s not all. They got charged the next month too! They tried to work with Steel to straighten it out, but they wouldn’t budge. They eventually went to American Express and had them refute the charges so they could get their money back. It’s unfortunate Steel wouldn’t stand behind their workers and work with my in-laws. They are mostly a good gym—but if you can’t take care of those who have been loyal for years, and what kind of service is that?!!
