Fantastic experience: I've been at CrossRiver for two months. I cannot say this enough...this place is better than any group fitness class I've been to! You have more attention from the trainers and they truly focus on YOU and what's best for YOU. It's very challenging yet motivating. All age ranges are welcomed!
Fantastic experience: We have SO many choices when it comes to fitness: big-box gyms; cross-fit; boutique fitness studios; self-motivated work ;) ... etc. Ultimately, you have to find what works for YOU. It's something that becomes a part of your regular routine because you want to make it priority. As a former fitness studio owner, I needed to find that "something" for myself, beyond the classes I taught. A good friend introduced me to Ash several months back. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of body mechanics. At our first meeting he observed my movements and diagnosed my "weaknesses". The variety of workouts is great; you should never be bored. Group classes have also been engaging. He's grown his team to be able to offer more personal and group sessions. Pricing is EXTREMELY fair, especially for personal training!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best trainer in the whole Cincinnati area! Ash is wonderful! he has helped me so much! Since June I have lost 30 pounds and I feel great! CrossRiver is the only place to go if you want to be the best you you can be!
Fantastic experience: CrossRiver Fitness is a fantastic place to workout! If you're looking for a personal trainer, look no further than Steve Krumins. He is highly qualified, experienced and will help you meet your goals. Every workout is different and you will never be bored. Steve is also great at explaining the why and how for each exercise. You will leave knowing not only good form/mechanics but also how to create a solid workout plan. He has made the gym and lifting less intimdating and I look forward to each session. Be ready to sweat and have fun at CrossRiver Fitness!
Fantastic experience: A great place to work on all of your fitness goals! Convenient location, well cleaned facility and expert training. Ash is a well educated trainer who really connects with his clients to ensure that he understands their needs and can help them to achieve their goals. His knowledge and support have made a huge difference in the way that I approach physical fitness. Highly recommend!
