The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive and work outs are always dynamic, making sure you never plateau. One of the best gyms around to get in great shape and learn the sweet science!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I bought a Groupon having very little experience with boxing. The structure of the class is set up so that each individual can push themselves at whichever level suits them. Jesse, Karen and Andrew are awesome and all a bit different so you get lots of variety. I’m now a bit in love with boxing and have gotten so much stronger.
