Fantastic experience: Jeff and Brandy Toomer are arguably the best gym owners out there. They are excellent coaches and great people. They are very passionate about their work and invest so much into their gym. They truly care about all their members and have built an amazing community that is very positive and welcoming. They have a great facility and provide excellent workouts. Their workouts are challenging and can push you harder than you've ever gone, but also adaptable if you need to modify due to physical limitations. Anyone can benefit greatly from joining their gym. Jeff and Brandy go above and beyond. Joining their gym is one of the best things I have ever done for my health, both physically and mentally.
