NP Rock Yoga

Fantastic experience: Rock Yoga was a really good time. The 90 minute hot yoga class was great, I met some sweet people, the facility was nice. Mara directed the class wonderfully. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I love it here. Honestly, it's changed my life to come here and practice. It feels like a total judgement free zone, everyone literally remembers my name (which bonus LOL), it's a soothing BUT deep practice that I get. And I leave feeling 100 times better.

Fantastic experience: Had a super fun time at trapeze yoga with my paramour. We were both completely new to the whole trapeze style but Chrissy was super helpful and kept the whole session fun and light! Vibes were super on point and we would definitly go again to experience the trapeze!
