Fantastic experience: An experience at Blissworks is exactly as the name implies. The yoga classes and healing arts have been life changing for me. There is also a beautiful community of people who frequent this studio. You feel the love the moment you walk-in the door ❤️

Fantastic experience: Blissworks is the best yoga studio that I know of in Connecticut or anywhere else for that matter. I have practice there for 18 years and have known Trish for even longer than that. The studio has become even stronger over the past couple of years during the covid epidemic. You can take classes virtually from anywhere and I have recently from South Africa and Paris.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Such an incredible vibe and tribe of people. I confess I’ve only done vinyasa flow with Tracy and yin yoga with another yogi but both were incredibly well done not just in flow of body, but in mediation and intention as well. Highly recommend for yoga and meditation practice!
