Fantastic experience: All ages, body types and fitness levels welcome. What can be better than burning over 300 calories in 30 minutes? The workouts are tough and challenging. The coaches are great. I am on week 4. I feel so much energy and I sleep like a rock.

Fantastic experience: A great community of like minded women looking to build a healthy stronger self. I have made so many workout friends since I've started DLF. All the DLF trainers are amazing, they're kind, super helpful, and supportive on your fitness journey. Everyone is super welcoming which is a huge importance that i look for. Highly recommended!
