Fantastic experience: Small gym with big weights. Staffed during the day but 24 hour access with membership.

Positive experience: Nice place to workout, convinient hours. I purchased a year prepaid membership ($400), I was told I could cancel anytime as long as I paid a $50 fee. A few months later, I had an emergency and had to move to another state. I asked for a refund on the remaining 9 months remaining, no response. Finally I was told that the owner would not refund me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE YEARLY PREPAID. Because if you have any type of emergency the owner won't consider your emergency.

Fantastic experience: I need a gym when I visit from out of state. This has basically all the lifting essentials, a reasonable day pass, and you can negotiate 24 hr access. Very convenient.

Fantastic experience: Custom Fitness is the best club in Santa Rosa. Its always clean, always open, and always affordable! I get my workout in every time, NO WAITING! This place is great!!! Thank you Custom Fitness!
