Fantastic experience: So I spent nearly a year at this gym. Tho I don't tend to make reviews in places. This is probably one of the best experiences I've ever had. If not the best. And i highly recommend going. My membership will expire this month and I will definitely guarantee of renewing it. So is this the gym to go to. Yes it is. No regrets...

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! The staff is super friendly, the gym is clean, there is a ton of equipment to work with, and they have child care! I'm super impressed and will absolutely be getting a membership here.

Fantastic experience: The BEST gym! I moved to the area two years ago from out of state and I cannot stress how important it is for communities to offer affordable memberships that include childcare! Having not known a soul when we moved here with an infant, this gym was my only way to get in, "me time." I fell in love with weightlifting and I've made lifelong friendships with other members. They offer HIIT and step classes included in your membership and you can even pick up prepped meals from the local company, Healthy Crave Meal Prep. The staff is wonderful and the owners are great people. I wish every town had a Club One. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Starting membership moving from another gym,PF, due to availability and selection of equipment. The staff has been amazing with the help provided to accommodate me. I know I've made the right decision in changing my situation. The 24/7 access is the best of situations due to my schedule.
