Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms and communities I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Each coach works with you to prevail and conquer. Every member in this group will cheer you on through their own sweat and tears. Everyone starts at this starting point, but where you finish comes from your own determination and drive. I joined this gym in April. I wasn't coming from a background of Athletics. In fact, I had been quite cruel to my body over the last decade. I came to these wonderfully kind and knowledgeable folks with personal concerns about potential health risks and fears I had in pushing my body from the damage I had caused. I have been able to properly learn movements to prevent risk of injury. Three months later, I have gained endurance and stamina without triggering a painful heart palpitation from pushing my ability to go just a little bit further. I'm cultivating healthy lifestyle changes with people who support and encourage me along the way. Put yourself first. Invest in your health. Take the risk. You won't be sorry. There is no size, age, color, or gender differences. We are all driven to be better than we were yesterday, and somehow we get even stronger when we're together.

Fantastic experience: ???? there are so many helpful and friendly people at Muncie CrossFit at The Arsenal. I’m not a “gym rat” and it was my least favorite class in high school but this gym can help take those fears and insecurities and turn them into productive work, focus and a community of people invested in your health, mobility and wellbeing!
