Have patience; it takes time to see results, but if you stick with it, you will be rewarded. The great thing is that when you're just starting out, you can notice a change in your strength and fitness level in as little as a month.

Do you enjoy organizing your classes in smaller groups? This type of setting can be advantageous because it gives you the opportunity to meet others who may have similar interests.

For those just starting out, two to four classes a week is a reasonable goal. Depending on your fitness level when you begin, it may take some time for your body to adjust to the intensity of the workouts. To begin with, you may need to take more rest days in between training days. As you progress, you can gradually increase your training to five days a week.

No matter your current fitness level, our program is tailored to help you reach your goals. You'll find that as you become more fit, the workouts become more difficult. We have crafted our program to be universally scalable, making it the perfect choice for any dedicated individual no matter their experience.

Our class programming will involve a strength segment in which you will focus on activities such as Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or hone a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill part of the class is finished, the majority of days will involve a workout that has been planned for that particular day. Workouts can last anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or even longer.

Indulge yourself with special treats and meals, but make sure it's something you can sustain in the long run. Eating healthy will help you develop a taste for it, and you'll start to realize that unhealthy food isn't worth it. To make sure you're getting the most out of your diet, keep track of your intake of protein, carbs, and fat. Doing this will have a major positive effect on your health.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in at Deep Well while on vacation. The facility is absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean and set up to make sure there is plenty of space for a large group to work out. I was greeted as soon as I entered, the coach was knowledgeable and checked in on everyone throughout the workout, and the rest of the group was welcoming and supportive. What more can you ask for?

Fantastic experience: FAMILY!!! Deep Well isn’t just a place to go for a “workout class”, it’s a home of health, fitness, and wholeness. Before joining, I was very scared because of prior experiences with gyms and intimidation. Not once have I felt intimidated or felt embarrassed during a session. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. The instructors not only participate, but they make genuine conversation to not only check on you physically, but they encourage you to challenge yourself in new ways. And if you miss a few classes someone will reach out to make sure you’re okay, letting you know your presence is missed! The equipment is always clean and I find that Justin and other instructors find fun and creative ways to set up for classes. I love the utilization of the outdoor facilities. It gives us a chance to soak up the sun and sweat off some extra calories! I was NOT paid to fill out this review and I promise if you try their week free trial like I did you’ll quickly see that It’s worth every penny ????

Fantastic experience: Deep Well is the most amazing gym I have ever been a part of! Never before have I been around such encouraging people and the coaches are incredible. I was brand new to CrossFit (still learning, even now) and everyone has been so patient with me, willing to help or explain things and always pushing me in a very positive way to realize what I am capable of. The classes are group workouts, but the coaches are always walking around and checking our form; they do a wonderful job of giving individuals attention to ensure our success and prevent injuries. The facility and equipment are top notch and the environment is not at all intimidating. I am still working to reach my fitness goals, but I have never been in this good of shape. There is something here for EVERY fitness level. Just walk through those doors and give them a shot; you won’t regret it. Absolutely love this workout family.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Deep Well Athletics since the summer of 2021. Justin and staff are incredible people, very encouraging and supportive. Great place for everybody regardless of level of fitness. Amazing culture where everyone supports each other. All exercises can be modified to each person capabilities with great direction from coaches. The improvements I have made with my physical fitness have been drastic and by far one of the best investments I've made for myself by coming to Deep Well Athletics.

Fantastic experience: Deep Well has become such a big part of my life. After years at other gyms and inconsistent results I decided to give CrossFit a try. It was something different and something I knew nothing about. The coaches are what make the gym. The group that Deep Well has takes the time to work with you and teach you ways to be successful in your workout. They are always teaching. The community at Deep Well is even better. The members motivate and push you to be better. Even on a day when you are just struggle to get to the gym someone will be there who will help you be motivated to get through the workout. The results I’ve seen over the last year+ have been great and can’t wait to see where I am a year from now.
