Fantastic experience: Tried the hot hiit class and can I just say wow! This woman kicked my butt! I am so glad to be back at this cozy studio nestled in the center of the capital city of Montpelier teaching Bikram Yoga. A true honor. Love the new studio owner. She brought the feminine touch. Come do yoga with us! It is a great vibe. Join us.

Fantastic experience: Bikram Yoga Montpelier, Theo, my first Bikram was a wonderful introduction to Bikram. He sold his studio to Gina and she is full of great energy! She teaches Hot HIIT which is a good workout. Darren is the new Bikram teacher and I really like his character. He's a Brit!! And a great teacher. Come join us.
