Fantastic experience: Clean, affordable, & friendly staff.

Positive experience: Good Fitness Center, friendly staff. Sauna is not open after hours, other than that it's a pretty good place.

Fantastic experience: They have everything I need. Your basic gym in a small footprint. Older cardio machines but they are well kempt. The sauna is the selling point for me over other 24 hour gyms...even if it is only open during staff hours. They have free weights, cable machines, and classic weight rack essentials. I like that is isnt smashed with a ton of people.

Fantastic experience: My PCP recommended Spectrum Fluvanna based on feedback from her other patients. Laura DeHart was my DPT, who was great. She is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. My pain has improved dramatically based on the therapy. I also want to give accolades to Kris, who also participated in my PT. I highly recommend the team here.
