Fantastic experience: My family and I have trained and or known Corey for many years. If you want to get strong and or lose weight, this is your person. He is upbeat and personable yet holds you accountable.

Fantastic experience: If you want a trainer who will hold your feet to the fire to help you accomplish your fitness goals, this is where you want to be! You’ll call him everything but a child of God, and there will be days you’ll want to cuss him slap out, but he will put you on the right path!

Fantastic experience: He is very passionate about others losing weight. When the pandemic first started he switched to online classes to accommodate the quarantine order. Very extensive work outs but you will see results if you stick with it. He is the best.

Fantastic experience: Cory is a great trainer. He works around whatever obstacle you have that you think will slow down your fitness training. He is professional, easy to get along with and makes you comfortable regardless of where you are on your journey. He is always encouraging and pushes you to what he knows you can do.
