Fantastic experience: The owners were great. Folks were friendly. Workout was challenging and appropriate for new/experienced CrossFit athletes alike. Convenient to downtown was a plus.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Coaches are great with helping no matter what your skill level. If you live near downtown Montgomery or are just passing through I highly recommend.
