Fantastic experience: CrossFit GPS is a community based gym, focused on achieving your personal fitness goals. Most classes are in a group setting and include stretching, mobility drills, a weightlifting session and a workout of the day (WOD). GPS is not like the CrossFit videos seen on YouTube, the gym is calm, the trainers are committed to proper technique and appropriate weight scaling placement. As part of your membership, GPS offers yoga classes throughout the week at various times. To reach CrossFit GPS walk through the Terpsichore dance studio and turn right, you’ll find the gym there.
