Fantastic experience: My experience with classes with Beth and Chiara spans over 8 years. New Strength Pilates instructors work with each person in small group settings or by individual appointments and provide workouts uniquely tailored to improve the participants condition. Beth and Chiara are both highly trained and professional instructors. The studio is beautiful and welcoming and is located in the close by Riverstone community in Sugar Land.
