Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to be here at this amazing facility! Mo city Title has amazing owners, staff, classes, classmates and is just an all around great community of individuals to interact with. If your looking for a place to get into shape and maintain a healthy mindset this place will keep you motivated because the trainers really care and are talented at what they do. Positive experience: Great classes & trainers. Motivated me to get my workouts in. Only thing is that it's pretty much just classes ... so if you're schedule doesn't allow you to show up right on time, then you either miss warmup or waste time waiting for a class or skip. The one downside from picking a "more standard" gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome trainers and workouts! Each coach brings their own flavor to the workout. The classes are fun and challenging. There are opportunities to sign up for private training with the coaches as well if you want to focus on specifics (mitt work, strength and conditioning, weight loss program etc). Check out the weightlifting area as well! They have a variety of equipment there.
