Fantastic experience: I heard about Revo through some friends, and decided to check it out after spending a couple years at a CrossFit gym and feeling frustrated with strength plateaus and nagging joint pain. From my initial movement assessment, I could tell that the attention to detail and quality of coaching is unparalleled by any other gym in Missoula. I was blown away by the improvements I made within just a few months at Revo. I’d never had an individualized training program specified to my body, goals and activities, and the benefits became apparent after just a couple months. I’ve never felt stronger or more well-rounded in my fitness routine, and I’ve seen major progress on lingering problems I’ve had for years. I’ve also made huge strength improvements and have had virtually zero pain, which seemed totally unattainable before. For anyone curious or on the fence - try a class!
