Fantastic experience: I finally found a gym where I feel comfortable! Everyone is so nice and friendly . It’s such a positive upbeat atmosphere! Lori is amazing, I love her pound class she is so motivating and welcoming and you can tell she loves what she does! The entire staff is amazing and are always willing to help ! It’s a very clean gym with lots of variety of things to do from classes to equipment . I’ll never go any where else and it will be the first place I recommend to anyone ! Thanks Brio!

Fantastic experience: Brio has been my haven for almost two years now and I felt compelled to write this after being there today. I've lived in Missoula for 17 years and been to a handful of gyms, but Brio has been the cleanest and best gym I have ever been a member at, hands down. Lori at the front desk is SO HELPFUL! She is always taking the time to make sure everyone has a great experience each time they come to use the gym. There is a sauna in each of the men's and women's bathroom/locker/shower areas. The saunas are Himalayan Salt saunas- man are they a treat after a workout!! I just can't say enough good things about this gym. A new taphouse/restaurant is going in below it this Winter, Cambie, so that will be a treat also! The neighborhood has The Dog & Bicycle Cafe which is just darling and the delicious Boxcar Bistro... the C3-work lounge is right below also. There truly is a little bit of everything in this block of the Sawmill District, I just love it. Anyway, Brio is great and I just wanted to share! Check them out, you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Brio is by far the best gym I have been to. The facility is spotless and covid safe. The staff goes above and beyond to help you get your best results, get your confidence back and make you sweat. The classes are my absolute favorite, I never knew fitness could be this fun! Thank you BRIO staff for getting me strong, giving me laughs and being my place!

Fantastic experience: I have been on a fitness journey for some time, and I am always looking for new things. I started at one gym and liked it a lot, but suspended my membership during Covid. After I went back, I wasn’t really into it as much. I felt like it had lost that spark, and thought maybe it had been so long that I didn’t enjoy exercising anymore. I decided to give it more time and started looking for a new gym. I loved to do all sorts of classes, so it was difficult for me to find diverse offerings of workouts at studios that do only yoga, or OULA, for example. I intensely researched local Missoula gyms and decided to give Brio a try. When I arrived at Brio, I found out that many of the people and instructors at my old gym had moved there (total coincidence!). I started attended several classes and getting used to Brio, and realized that the reason I loved the other gym so much was because of the people and instructors! They are really the heart and soul of the gym experience for me. I come into contact the most with the amazing manager, Lori Willard, and the fabulous instructors, Jenora, Kristen, and Isabelle. But I am sure that every instructor at Brio is just as great. They are so caring and fun, and always willing to bend over backwards for me and everyone else. I realized that it was actually Lori’s hard work to give members a bunch of different fun things/special events and the gym’s community that gave my experience that extra joy. The staff do amazing things that make me feel so happy, like collaborating with the rest of Cambium Place to do fun drawings and events. I love that it’s not just a place with exercise machines, it’s a genuinely joyful community that makes me feel like I’m investing in my health and soul. Brio has a Himalayan salt sauna (I’ve yet to try it, but I hear it’s wonderful) to relax and detox, and a beautiful locker room that just gives off calm, clean, and relaxed vibes. I could honestly stay in that locker room all day. I love that Brio covers so many facets of health, like general exercise, weights, and machines, etc., relaxation and muscle recovery with the sauna, and joyful spirit with fun collaborations and events. I am not exaggerating when I say that the day I did the goat yoga event with Brio was genuinely one of the best days of my life. I have never felt so light and joyful than when I was engaged in a little exercise, community, and pure fun. Brio is such a positive aspect of my life, my thanks to everyone that has helped make Brio the place it is! Amenities: 10/10 – Salt sauna, bright and clean bathrooms, showers, lockers and cubbies. Class Offerings: Diverse and all of them are a great workout and so fun! My favorites are Pound, PiYo, Gentle Yoga, Strength and Stretch, etc. Staff: 12/10 – Extremely nice, upbeat, enthusiastic, and accommodating. They always listen to/want feedback and are always working hard! Gym Equipment: 10/10 – All the basic weight machines, free weights and racks, multiple different cardio machines, skiers, bikes, stairs, etc. Many other things I don’t use. Everything you need in a gym for a solo workout! Community: 10/10 – Fun events are always going on. Recently, Brio has tried goat yoga, a sound meditation, and a gym-wide competition for a dry triathlon. The winner for the dry tri would win a bunch of cool things from businesses around Cambium Place. I did not do the dry tri, because I don’t like running at all! Pool: No – But I hear the staff is working on getting a discounted rate for members with Currents, the local indoor pool that is very close to Brio. Location: 10/10 – Old Sawmill District, very close to downtown. Parking is usually good, and there is a café right next to Brio! Good Vibes: 12/10
