Fantastic experience: My "gym" has always been the outdoors, but MBG is truly something different than your run-o-the-mill treadmill graveyard. I signed up for the Holiday 60-Day Bootcamp, and I've sweat through more kettle bells and lunges than I would ever do by myself. When I am skiing, running, and climbing, I promise you, I feel stronger. You will too!
