Positive experience: I liked the facility as a whole. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is great to use. I mostly stuck to the second floor where the treadmill and elliptical are. Clean and inviting location with no expectations no mater tour fitness level. There is no judgment.
Fantastic experience: Angie subbed for Steve tonight in muscle pump and she was great. Her instructions were clear and thorough and she used a perfect combination of humor and tough love to keep us going. I definitely want to check out more of her classes.
Positive experience: Would have given five stars if they were 24 hours
Fantastic experience: To find a gym that is clean and you always feel comfortable is great. The price is reasonable and you can go month to month. People of all ages, races and sizes. Ask around!
