Fantastic experience: I was skeptical of going to a CrossFit, but took my Little Brother (via Big Brothers Big Sisters) there because a trainer, Jack, was offering services to the program. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism, respect of not pushing the program, respect of my Little's health, us having fun and getting a great workout. Thanks to Jack - he's the best. He volunteered his time to a great program, gave us a great workout. We'll be back!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever plus great owner and coach’s. can’t describe everyone is nice, positive people also, glad I met Danny and the coach’s, life changing mentally and physically. I don’t think anyone would ever complain about this gym and it’s people ❤️.

Fantastic experience: Running a gym is hard work and it takes a certain type of person to do it really well. One of the first things I told Danny was how impressed I was with his consistency. I have learned a lot from the coaches here. It's worth checking out.
