Fantastic experience: This gym has great instructors and motivating energy! They customize the daily workout with tiers so everyone feels the challenge on their own level. The classes are small enough that the instructors can help everyone with weight lifting form and personal goals. I feel like I get a WAY better workout in an hour here than going to a gym with less guidance or bigger classes. 10/10 would recommend doing the intro classes

Fantastic experience: If cross fit is your thing, check them out. Kind and responsive owner. Small, family-like atmosphere.
