Fantastic experience: Great gym and staff. As an ex college athlete was the ideal place for me. Moved away and miss it. Would recommend as the place to go in Midlo.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out here. They have awesome trainers or you can do your own thing. 24 hour access is is a huge plus too. Nice equipment. Clean facility. No complaints

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for 3 years now. Consistent dudes who show up, put in work, and train the way athletes are supposed to train. On two separate occasions I lost items, my nickel/cobalt/chrome wedding ring and some beats by Dre headphones. On both occasions, the next time I went to the gym, I asked the owner if they had seen the items, I was told that yeah someone turned them in to the front desk. ????. I’ve been sold on their integrity ever since.
