Fantastic experience: Lynval is a true professional. He challenges me right to my max each rep and each set. He keeps the workouts interesting and motivating. Lynval’s gym is clean and he has plenty of equipment that allows for diverse workouts. I go about twice a week and each workout I notice a huge difference in my performance. I’m losing weight at a sustainable pace and my body is getting TIGHT! Glad I found Lynval to push me towards my goals!
