Fantastic experience: After trying a couple of Lagree classes in downtown LA with amazing instructors, I was on the quest to find a great studio in the Miami area. Juergen and Adela are very attentive and focused on correct form and safety. The space is bright and airy. The clientele is nice. The workout is challenging and makes you cut with the right diet and frequency. I’m really happy to have found this studio!

Fantastic experience: Beine a Gym owner and Instructor myself, I was eager to try this kind of workout. I am in really good shape but yeah I could really feel the burn in the most important muscle groups: the deep core. If you are looking for an intense and effective workout that is not killing your joints then this is the place to be. The instructors Jürgen and Adela are amazing and take care of you keeping the correct form. YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. The space is beautiful, clean, airy, peaceful.The instructors are great and polite and they make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I recommend to anyone. Not to mention the pricing is super affordable!
