Positive experience: I've recently joined and enjoyed each class I've attended. If you're looking for high intensity workouts at your own pace this is the place for you. I also brought along my 19 year old daughter and she says it's fun.

Fantastic experience: After trying a couple different places, this is the only place I’ve found that is no stress enough that you can go at your own pace but push you when you’re ready for it. All instructors are great but in my opinion, Julie’s classes in particular are top notch. Great way to get in shape and anyone can do it!
