Fantastic experience: Such a great box! All the coaches are super helpful with explaining new lifts and the members have been very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to tryout CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! If you are looking for a place to work out at your own pace, I cannot recommend this place enough! The coaches are very patient, knowledgeable, will take the time to teach you the movements that are best suited to avoid injury and maximize results. They can modify any workout for you, regardless if your mobility, fitness level, or age. And I should know. I’m 55 and mostly blind.
