Sports / Fitness Complex

You can find everything you need for your fitness journey in one place. The facility includes a weight room, dry sauna, basketball court, racquetball court, fitness classes, men's and women's locker rooms, and intermural sports like softball, volleyball, and basketball.

Our "total body fitness complex" is a comprehensive facility that provides a cardio room, free weights, a basketball court, racquetball court, dry sauna, walking track, tennis court, volleyball court, and much more. We provide daily abs classes and total body workouts. Our sports department sponsors intermural sports such as basketball, softball, and volleyball. Additionally, we have certified trainers on staff and annually offer a weight loss challenge and a fall wellness day. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

At peak times or when people are queuing to use cardio machines, each person is limited to a 20-minute period. If someone is waiting to use free weights, allow them to complete a set before moving on.

All participants must wear athletic shoes at all times in the weight-room, no bare feet allowed. Any clothing worn must not contain any substances that may damage the equipment or increase the risk of injury, such as grease, oil, metal buckles, mud, boots, shower shoes, sandals, etc.

All visitors to the facility must wear athletic clothing. No garments with offensive images or language are allowed. All clothing must be modest and cover the body appropriately.

B. No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the complex without a parent or guardian. If the parent or guardian exits the complex, the minor must go with them; the minor is not permitted to be alone.

No one 12 years old or younger is allowed to use the weight-room or sauna. Those between 13 and 15 years of age can use the weight-room or sauna if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 or older, and they must never be left alone.

Unacceptable conduct (e.g., swearing, physical altercations, and/or misuse of materials, etc.) is not allowed. An individual may be requested to leave, and in serious cases, this kind of behavior may result in the loss of privileges.

G9 combines and provides Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation activities and services to help the Army become prepared and strong to respond to any situation around the world.
