Fantastic experience: The people who work here are nice and from the local town McAlester. They strive to keep the entire place clean and the natural air flow of the place you don't have to worry about getting sick there. Would recommend people to check it out :)

Fantastic experience: Brandy and Richard and Kris are awesome! The dance fitness and muscle mania classes are great! I recommend this gym for everyone no matter what level of fitness you are at! They are super nice and helpful and are always there with encouragement and a helping hand. I am so glad I decided to come here!
