Positive experience: It was nice. Day pass is a little pricey tho as is the memberships I've heard.

Fantastic experience: Best little gym for a powerlifter!! This gym is great, the atmosphere is awesome, and the people are so friendly! I’m from the area but have now moved to Texas and whenever I come back home to visit this is the gym to go to ????

Fantastic experience: My family and I enjoy this gym very much. Machines are a little old but everything works perfect and the work out environment is good. I'm trying to get back in shape so my physic is not so good but everyone that goes makes you feel comfortable and we enjoy going.

Fantastic experience: Great place the people are nice and give like good criticism and like help you fix your form instead of some other people at other gyms just tell you your doing it wrong
