Fantastic experience: I never thought I would find a reason to stay in St. Louis, yet here I am. I have gotten stronger and more balanced both physically and emotionally, I have worked with instructors that push me beyond my limits yet are always encouraging, and I have gained a good crew of friends. I love this place, the people, the attitude, the workout, the technique, and I would recommend this to everyone! P.S. I have only been to the Dorsett location, but I can say, that I have only ever felt included and respected by this group of people.

Fantastic experience: I try to stop in at this location at least one day a week when I can. The instructors are some of the best people on earth as well as the students. I have made lots of friends here and I always feel welcome.
