Fantastic experience: Great group of folks. They really make an out of towner feel welcome. I wasn't sure how I would do being a CrossFit first timer, but the coaches and other members made me feel like I could do anything. Ben was super motivating. I wish I had something like this at home, and will definitely be working out here anytime I'm in Mississippi.

Fantastic experience: The owners and members are super friendly! The gym is spacious with every piece of equipment you could ever want! They are so accommodating and have great, fun and challenging programming! You will be welcomed whether you’re dropping in from out of town, wanting to switch gyms or try something new! This gym has so many class times and great open gym times, you will be able to fit in a workout even if your schedule is crazy! Come check this place out!
