The Kids Program is divided into two sections, Tiger Cubs (ages 4-6) and Juniors (ages 6-11). Both parts are tailored to the age group they are intended for and are specifically designed to meet the needs of the corresponding age group.

The Teen Program at Tiger Rock is designed to give adolescents the essential abilities they require, such as self-assurance, physical fitness, control, exercise, and healthy social interaction.

At Tiger Rock, our main emphasis is on Martial Arts, but we also have a rock climbing wall, a parkour course, and a tumbling floor. Competitors have the chance to test their skills every three months, allowing them to identify their strengths and identify areas to work on in their Martial Arts training.
