Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about trying CrossFit, but the coaches make you feel so welcome and fix your form. I now look forward to my workouts!

Fantastic experience: the coaches do not push you to do as many as you can. They care about your muscles and body. Unlike most cross fit locations these guys do not have you dead lift for 30 reps.
