Fantastic experience: 5 STAR CORRECTION/UPDATE! (8/3/23) After a long trip to Florida to get my service dog, I signed up at crunch in another state in which I was able to go to many different locations. After riding back to Lubbock I was nervous to figure out whether they would give hassle in regards to my membership and to the past events that took place in which I was told not to come back for absolutely no reason. That being said I have never been more welcomed and never felt more home than I was and I was greeted recently coming back to Lubbock and back to the crunch fitness here in town. You staff is absolutely amazing and this location is blessed to have great people who really care about their guests who come in the door every single time, every single check-in! Personally I hold nothing against them and anyone in the past I understand business is a previous owner of my own franchise store and even fitness industry for so long This is a very difficult job and task sometimes. I wish everyone from the past the best of luck and to the new staff thank you for all you do to make this gym excellent for the Lubbock community! CORRECTION! **10/27/21 ** One bad apple ruins it all.. Being new to Lubbock, been going on a guest pass, an employee verified with me when I went at lunch today (Monday) but then... I come back to finish my workout (around 6pm) and the GM gets very disrespectful saying the date is no longer valid even though it's says activated in there computer system. (I planned on signing up the prior weekend but was told my pass was still activated) On the 2nd I planned on getting the $59 membership with tanning, (again I'm in town temporarily living out a bag due to moving states) But being disrrspcted and treated like trash at the front desk makes that hard to do. As a franchise owner, my manager would be tossed very fast, this was a power trip. The other employees are great and respectful, hang on to them

Fantastic experience: Awesome. Good staff that stays out of your way, good set up. My only complaint is it can be crazy busy certain times of the week but that’s literally every gym. I haven’t had much trouble avoiding the crowds after figuring out a good schedule.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of crunch for almost 2 years and have always enjoyed using their facilities. The equipment has always been in excellent shape and they offer a wide variety of classes and activities. My favorite features are the hydromassage beds and the standup tanning booths. I find the atmosphere to be upbeat and the staff are always very courteous and helpful. Today I stopped by to discuss my account due to some recent financial challenges I’ve encountered. I was planning on canceling altogether. I spoke with an employee named Sara who was so friendly and knowledgeable and she was able to explain the value of my membership to me and make a couple of changes that allowed me to still be able to keep my membership with a gym that I really enjoy I’ve had many gym membership throughout my adult life and I have to say that the treatment I’ve received at Crunch has been the absolute best of them all! If you are looking for an upbeat atmosphere,clean well kept,affordable gym family to join, go check them out!

Fantastic experience: Generally pretty clean, loads of equipment and very polite and helpful staff. Even has a nice, quiet area in the back.

Fantastic experience: Update: 2 successful showers with warm water & no pressure from staff! Also the 2nd shower has a head now! Showers seem to be mostly just for show. Ice cold & the cleaners don't seem to like you using them either. I'll just drive home sweaty from now on lol

Fantastic experience: excellent gym for those who want to start their routine, 100% I recommend this place open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, everything clean, in case you don't know where to start there are specialized trainers, 6 months coming to this gym I have no complaints

Fantastic experience: The facility is clean and in great condition, plenty of state-of-the-art equipment as well as classic rigs for compound lifts. I appreciated the kickboxing bags, most gyms don't have those. Very complete gym with a lot of options for your training.

Fantastic experience: Large clean facility. Lifting oriented, but still has cardio, classroom, and free motion space. biggest complaint is it can be very busy during peak hours but that just shows everyone wants to go to this gym.

He was amazing at explaining all the memberships, took me thru the gym and explained everything ,he was very friendly and patient. He also gave useful advice. I am very happy with customer service, the facility is clean, and I recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: Went with a friend feeling nervous at first,but soon after beginning our workout started to relax and felt the stress and tension go away. Saw different walks of life there and didn't feel I was being judged. Staff had a upbeat attitude. Bathrooms and locker room were clean. Saw other patrons clean the equipment after use. Will definitely continue coming to this location.

Fantastic experience: I honestly am addicted to this place. Im here everyday and am sad when i miss my morning gym routine. Sunday mornings are the best if you want to do everything. Most machines and benches are open. Thank you club goers for missing that sunday morning pump!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great kids area, very clean and they are great at keeping up with machine maintenance! They really mean it when they say it’s a judgment free zone too. We started with Crunch when they first opened, and have never considered going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this locations as a guest with my friend who does have a membership. So far the location seems good. When going during peak hours it can get busy, but that happens with anywhere you go. Everyone seems really friendly when I do visit and we are still able to get a good workout in. I do like the offered childcare while working out since we are both parents and staff is usually attentive.

Fantastic experience: Ben the manager is sharp and made my experience one to talk about. Facilities are beautiful and staff is super nice. Trainers around to help and all brand new equipment. Open format with plenty of equipment! Super clean and Sarah at front desk had great energy ! Check it out first before shopping around.

Fantastic experience: This Place is AWESOME! We love having the flexibility of coming at any time. It is very clean as well. Which is a big deal to me. All of the staff treat us like family. The Manager, Matt Gulley, really knows how to treat customers as well. He had us won over the first day we came...Extremely professional and friendly. We Travel a lot and just wish Crunch was everywhere!!

Fantastic experience: I love Crunch! The membership rates are such a great deal for the benefits your receive. The classes are great, lots of variety and a great schedule. The machines are nice, well-maintained, and most of clear instructions on them so you don't have to be intimidated if you're a gym newbie. The staff is all really nice and helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy working there.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym since day 1 of opening. Been to alot of gyms all over the US and this one is great. When I first came there were some issues with personnel as far as courtesy and attitude. I offered constructive criticism to the regional Manager while he filled in during the start up. Whether it was training or the change in employees, they are an attentive staff and very professional. I've seen some of the members they have to deal with and can understand the difficulty of maintaining the positivity 24/7 but they do it anyways. Price is great. Yes the annual fee exists but for 10-30 a month pending your package, it's definitely affordable. Trying out there personal training program for a month and will follow up after.

Fantastic experience: Gym is what you expect from a gym, but if you're looking for a trainer I highly recommend "V". He will make you feel at home and design a workout specific to you. Overall the best experience I've ever had with a trainer, and he doesn't burn me out. Workouts dont make me . No shirt on in the pool this year! Lol

Fantastic experience: This is a amazing place! I usually don’t take my kids anywhere I work out being I just don’t leave them with anybody! Well I went awhile back to try out the childcare! While I was there I met Tawnie. She was so amazing and so great to talk to. She helped me be able to relax and know that my kids are being well taking care of. She is a amazing asset to this company, and I know when I take my kids back to Crunch childcare, with Tawnie there I have nothing to worry about! Thank you again Tawnie for everything!!

Fantastic experience: The Ride with Nathaniel is the best! His class is intense and he always bring the energy. I have to get there 30 minutes early because his class is always full. He has the best playlists and makes you feel sexy :)

Fantastic experience: Very clean and nice, wide range of equipment. I have been to many gyms and this one is my favorite so far. The front desk staff was very nice and genuinely happy to be there, assist and answer any questions I asked. I’ve gone as a guest a few times and tried their free week trial, but was unfortunately only able to use it once due to illness and having to go out of town. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Fantastic experience: In February I was emailed a 2 week free trial. I went to 1 workout and then got sick with the flu and couldn't go anymore. I call after I get better and they were able to give me the 2 weeks free again since I was sick. After that, I knew they were a great company. Staff is friendly and have always been welcoming! I love this gym!
