Fantastic experience: Leighanna is a skilled wellness practitioner, who has helped me improve mobility and adopt habits to sustain maximum strength and mobility. My recent visit to Leighanna’s new business, Daring Gray, was likewise healing and informative as Leighanna provided insights on how I can improve my fitness regime in support of joint health. This is a major concern/ goal as I wish mto remain competitive in the rowing circuit. Thx for all the help Leighanna!

Fantastic experience: Nice little place to workout without the crowds found at bigger gyms. Owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Nice equipment, month-to-month memberships at a good price, personal training and nutritional counseling available. Clientele is on average older and not there to "see and be seen". Associated with a great Physical Therapist that sees clients by appointment.
